| Stuart Urkov | Mr. Urkov received his B.A. from Syracuse University in 1988. Mr. Urkov is currently President of Residential Lending at Millennium Bank in Des Plaines, Il. Mr. Urkov has been a mortgage banker for 20 years and during that time has recruited, hired, trained and managed over 50 employees and worked closely with senior management to develop best practices in technology, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Urkov has been a consistent top producer and has originated over $1.2B in residential mortgages in his career. |
| Luke Wojtasik | Mr. Wojtasik received his B.A. from DePaul University in 2004. Mr. Wojtasik is currently Vice President of Mortgage Banking at Millennium Bank in Des Plaines, Il. Mr. Wojtasik has been a mortgage banker for over 11 years and during that time has financed residential, construction and commercial real estate as well as transitioned a retail mortgage banking operation into a Federally Chartered Institution. Mr. Wojtasik specializes in credit and asset evaluation and has originated over $400M in residential mortgages in his career. |
| Michael Kaufman | Mr. Kaufman received his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1982 and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1985. While attending law school Mr. Kaufman worked in the insurance and property management division of Balcor/American Express. From 1985- 1987 Mr. Kaufman worked in the marketing and private placement division of Realcorp, a residential real estate investment company. In September 1987 Mr. Kaufman founded Bear Kaufman Realty, Inc., specializing in residential real estate brokerage in Chicago. Mr. Kaufman has won the Chicago Association of Realtor’s “Good Neighbor Award” twice for his own new construction developments in Chicago. In 2013, Mr. Kaufman joined Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in Chicago as Vice President, Residential Sales. Mr. Kaufman has brokered, developed, bought and sold over $200M of residential real estate in his career. |
| Marc Bear | Mr. Bear received his B.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University in 1982 and his J.D. from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1985. While attending law school Mr. Bear worked for Arthur Rubloff's private investment company as an analyst for real estate investments. In 1987, Mr. Bear cofounded Bear Kaufman Realty, Inc. In 1990, Mr. Bear became a Franchisee of McDonald's Corporation and has served on the Advertising, Marketing, Impact and Place committees as well as serving on the McDonald's of Chicago and Northwest Indiana Board of Directors. |
